    A playful and heartwarming yoga class designed to strengthen the bond between parent & child.

    Together you will explore partner poses, simple flows, games and relaxation that encourages trust, laughter and connection. Suitable for children aged 6-12 and their parent or caregiver.

  • The Mothers Mini Retreat

    at AS Jiva Hill

    Step away from the busyness of daily life & gift yourself a morning of movement, stillness and reflection. This nurturing mini retreat includes an uplifting vinyasa flow, journalling to reconnect with yourself, time to pause with tea & snacks and a deeply restorative yoga practice to leave you feeling calm & renewed.

You will often find me, up a mountain, in a lake or in my kitchen (usually baking something delicious) 🧁

Exercise Queen, yoga, cardio, weights, hiking, swimming, I love moving my body 💪🏻

On a Friday night it’s quite possible that you’ll find me listening to dance music and dancing with my 8 year old (Purple Disco Machine is our current favourite) 🕺🏼
