Hello!

My name is Nina

I am a yoga instructor with a passion for fitness, health and living a full and happy life. I am always striving to be better, do better and aim to be a person of integrity and kindness

I understand how important it is to find time to move my body, tuning in to what my body and mind need, to be better equipped to deal with anything that life throws at me.

After seeing how much yoga & breathwork has changed the lives of friends and colleagues (as well as in my own life) I knew I wanted to bring yoga to the working world to help both people and corporations thrive & flourish.

Why do I practice yoga and breathwork?

Yoga makes me feel strong, more resilient, yet calm and peaceful. It has transformed my life and has kept me going through the best and the worst of times.

For me, the real power of yoga is not only in its ability to bring strength and vitality to the body but in the way it focuses the mind, clears negative emotional states and creates healthy habits and behaviour.

What kind of yoga do I teach?

I teach the same kind of yoga that I practice myself.

I’m often short of time so have cultivated a practice that gives me exactly what I need: strength, energy and mobility, with a focus on breath throughout. I want to build a strong and sustainable body and mind, that’s what my yoga practice gives me.
